Surely You're Joking, Mr. Feynman!

Richard P. Feynman | 1985 | ★★★★☆
Read: January 19, 2025

Feynman’s a funny guy, a renaissance man perhaps? The greatest value in this book is seeing how someone else thinks. The powers of observation and curiosity are a delight, like the anecdote he recounts of figuring out how ants follows each other and can be manipulated. The unabashed openness and willingness to give things a shot, whether that’s Mayan astronomy, samba music, drawing or otherwise. Larger than life for sure.
